   Using child of twenty ten.

   Don't want a static front page.
   Do want the site to open on the 'blog' page..
   BUT want a sticky post to stay on top even if other stickys are added later.
   OR
   is there a way to add a paragraph and pic to top of index (posts) page?
   something added to the loop?
   functions?
