Okay I did a search on switching skins and skin chooser. I found this post

Is this how I would start to let people choose their skins or is there a better plugin/hack for it?
Currently I just have my wp-layout.css edited but I want the option of multiple skins. I've seen some help with multiple templates, one which says "#
# Select the Presentation menu option." However, my wordpress 1.2.2 doesn't even have that option!
What am I doing wrong?

Let me add something to that.
I figured out how to add skins.
Is there anyway to have multiple templates to choose from? Such as the different designs offered at Zen-Garden? http://www.csszengarden.com/ which has html files that not only change the colors but also changes the layout? -

Maybe you'll have to skin your whole site or upgrade to 1.5.
Here's the url to a skinning script. Haven't used it before, though.
