Multiple Sites

Hi all,

Newbie here so if this is answered anywhere else, sorry.
I just wanted to know if it’s possible to have multiple web sites using WordPress. I want to put up maybe 10-15 sites, all different and with different domain names. Can I do this with wordpress?
