Multiple site (but not multisite) login form

I have several WordPress sites that I have an editor and contributor log into to contribute content. These were not created using the WP multisite system.

Anywho, I wanted to create a page with a login form where the user can input their username and password and select one of the sites from a dropdown list.

Has anybody found a way to do this? Any help is much appreciated!
