Multiple registration forms based on user roles

    I am searching plugin for registration forms based on user roles, but there isn’t one which can satsfy conditions. There should be:

    * add costum fields
    * posibility of costumizing all basic fields and labels + all text (therefore no need localization)
    * creation more default forms which can be based on users roles
    * reCaptcha
    …….

    Something like Simplr WordPress Registration Form Plus, but with option costum and save diferent form shapes.

    Any suggestion?
