Multiple questions, but mainly, the wrong booking form is showing

I have installed the pro version of this on my client’s website. I just created a custom booking form and chose it on the recurring event that I wanted it to go with. However, the default booking form is still showing. I refreshed the page about 5 times, but nothing.

Also, the events are showing as a list in their little boxes on the main events page that is in calendar form. They are showing as bullet points and looks a little off. How do I stop them from being lists in the calendar?

Lastly, I have set up the client’s email address in the paypal gateway. However, when I just tested it out, I see that you must have a paypal account in order to process the order. Is there a way to allow them to pay via credit card through paypal without a paypal account? I know I have seen this on multiple websites before.

If there is another way for me to ask all these questions, let me know. Don’t want to get confusing for folks with too many questions.
