• I’ve been trying to get this WP site up and running for 3 days now. It was a bear to get the install done, I can’t edit pages. I’ve redone the DB and WP installs several times. This is the latest error that I got when I tried to edit a page.

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /home/DOMAIN/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-editor.php on line 847

    This is line 847 of that file:
    Alternative source' => __( 'Alternative source' ),

    I’ve gotten lots of these, all with different file pathways that never have anything to do with the action I’m taking.

    I’m at a loss. I’ve never had a problem like this. The hosting reseller isn’t helping at all so I can’t be sure if it’s a host/server problem or if it’s my mistake. Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Also, I’ve deleted the .htaccess file via FTP several times and that helps for a little while but then then site bogs down on one of these “fatal errors” and I have to start over again,
