    Hi,
I've got a Page in which we post sermons from each Sunday's service.

Currently there are too many sermons to fit on one Page so WP has automatically created a link that says "next page".
When I click on this link the url changes from http://wyomingchurchofchrist.org.au/sermons/ to http://wyomingchurchofchrist.org.au/sermons/page/2/
but they page is exactly the same.

Each sermon is a new Post under the Messages Page.
Currently the earliest sermon I can see is Sunday 24th February, 2008 but there should be ones from as early as December.

Is anyone able to help me out with this one :)

Does wordpress actually automatically create the additional page?

In WordPress, post lists are automatically paged, yes (assuming your theme is even halfways decently built)

Your post is a bit confusing though. We have posts and we have Pages. Pages are a bit different animal than posts.

Are you asking about lists of posts and browsing posts? Or are you, for some reason, trying to stuff posts onto Pages?

    Sorry about that :)

    Each Sermon is a POST.

Say 10 posts can fit on each page. When I add the 11th and 12th post there is a link down the bottom that says "next page" which I would assume takes me to another page of older posts. It just takes me back to the top though doesn't actually link anywhere (though the url changes).

Hope that explains it a bit better.

If not, Click on the first link I have posted, If you scroll down to the bottom you see the sermon from Sunday 24th February, 2008.
So if I wanted to see a sermon from Sunday 17th Feb, I'd click next page.
That is the bit that doesn't work :)

    Thanks.

If you temporarily change your theme to Default, can you then page through the posts?

If so, then there's an issue with your theme. Have a look at this topic: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/38210?replies=16#post-215396
