multiple orders at same time in wordpress

I have doubt in wordpress project..
i working on a project, which needs following process…
real estate agents to register and order photos..
the order form, have selection box like 1 property, 2properties,3properties,..based on selection agents to enter the curresponding job address for each job..
each job should have status like current job and completed job..
if a job is completed admin set job status from current to completed job..
in front end agents can view their order status like current job,completed job .. under current job menu,all the current jobs should list… and under completed job menu, all the completed jobs should list…

i tried using woocommerce but i can’t get correct solution in that…
is that any way to do this project .. i’m getting confused ..

help me to do this …
