Multiple IPN

Paid-membership-pro says ” To fully integrate with PayPal, be sure to set your IPN Handler URL to http://meet.leaders-worldwide.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=ipnhandler.”

The problem is that PayPal only allows 1 IPN, which is already being used on my site by Paygear for my affiliate products.

My research on this subject has come up with a possible solution, which is to set the notify_url in the PayPal buttons to notify my website. Notify_url apparently takes precedence over Paypals IPN Handler.

So my question is: Is there a way to work around this with a PayPal button / notify_url rather than the IPN, which is not available, because it is being used by another system.
