Multiple highlight/links

Testing out this plugin…
I have the same term listed numerous times on a page. Is there a way to only have it pickup and highlight the first term it finds on a page?https://wordpress.org/plugins/encyclopedia-lexicon-glossary-wiki-dictionary/
