   Since upgrading to 3.1, every time a comment gets put in the moderation queue, I get two emails notifying me. Email notifications for pre-approved commenters are perfectly normal, it's only the ones from new commenters.

   I can't see anything about this, or even begin to guess where to look for the problem. Any ideas?

   Are you using any plugins to aid moderation?

   No, I'm not using any comment related plug-ins. Unless – and here I'm showing my ignorance – the Thesis theme includes some comment related code
