    Found the answer it looks like all I need to do is use fancybox-iframe {width:800,height:300} and remember to clear the width and height settings in the admin area.

    Also, you need to check the “Include Metadata script” option. And clearing the default values should not be necessary.

    Anyway, it seems you’ve already figured it out 🙂
