   I have had a problem losing all content in my multiple content blocks when trying to restore a page. I have looked in the posts table of the database but could not find the block content. Where is the content for each block stored in the database?

   Hi it is in table wp_postmeta. meta_key = 'your name of content block' and meta_value = 'content of your content block'.
