   If you are talking about this plugin, http://ryanduff.net/projects/wp-contactform/ then I believe the contact form could be used multiple times on a web-site but the email would only be sent to the E-mail address you have configured in the Options->Contact Form panel.

   As far as I can see you can have only one kind of this form. Yes you can include it on several pages but I'd like to know if there's a way to create varying forms. I've used the intouch plugin which allows custom forms but it only allows for one custom form. How can I create multiple custom forms?

   I too would really like to know how to have multiple forms on the one WP site. I've got Ryan Duff's contact form up and running successfully (it's great!) but I also need a completely form, to go to a different email address.

   Can anyone advise how this can be done? I'd be hugely grateful :-)

   This one can be used for multiple forms.
