    Sir,
    I have 5 categories for example a,b,c,d,e I added the category in the widget area and i can see all the categories in that dropdown menu. Problem is that, i can select only one category at a time but sir i want to select multiple category for example a,d,e how can i do that is this possible i can put check boxes for a,b,c,d,e if a and b selected then show only a and b category.please sir help me it is really import.

    No, it’s not possible with standard category widget without additional coding (PhP, jQuery).
    If this is your website http://laminate.flaflooring.com/
    – you are using 2013, not Hueman theme
    – you are using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/content-views-query-and-display-post-page/ – for categories widget?

    Please ask help there – this is completely wrong place – Hueman theme support forum, not 2013 theme, or your plugin support forum.

    Sir,
    Yesterday i have changed hueman theme to 2013 i was testing something i am sorry for that but sir.Now i activated back the hueman theme.

    I have two different topic

    1.Multiple Categories Selection
    2.Screen width reducing after activate the plugin

    Topic 1. Multiple Categories selection

    How can i add categories with the checkboxes instead of dropdown menu in the widget area it is very import for me please give me any suggestion Or Jquery code to put in there.

    Topic 2. Screen width reducing after activate the plugin

    After activate this plugin

    (Query posts and display posts in responsive grid layout without coding – Content Views)

    it is reducing my Screen width and if i am trying to change the screen width it does not effect on my screen. sir you can install this plugin and activate you can see the result in your end also.

    OK @pharmaplex,
    first (and again) – you are asking questions that ARE NOT FOR THIS FORUM.
    Anyway, I will help (consider this as bonus):
    1- Plugin – suppose you are looking for this http://wordpress.org/plugins/query-multiple-taxonomies/. Look at screenshots at http://wordpress.org/plugins/query-multiple-taxonomies/screenshots/ enable checkboxes and you have filter you asked for.
    Personally – this plugin is much better and more flexible http://wordpress.org/plugins/extended-categories-widget/ -3 kinds of widgets etc.
    2-Content Views (https://wordpress.org/plugins/content-views-query-and-display-post-page/) – yes, I’ve tried it, and yes, it breaks Hueman theme. I deleted it immediately, no intentions to fix, it’s not Hueman theme compatible.

    Now read carefully:
    -I solved your widget problem under 1
    –Content Views plugin is breaking Hueman theme, and you keep on opening threads asking “why this doe not work” and similar – well because of this plugin.

    So, please stop bouncing Hueman theme forum with useless questions, if you like that plugin so much, change the theme.
    If you keep on, I’ll report it to moderators of this forum – and they will do something about it (if they already haven’t noticed what you are doing).
    We are all volunteers trying to help – not to answer questions out of scope of this forum.
    I will leave similar messages in your other threads.
    Finally mark this [resolved] – since you opened the thread.
