I couldnt find a way to work this plugin in a multilingual way. So my question is if there is any way without touching the core of not using the first three fields: frontpage description, frontpage keywords and global keywords (I use another plugin for these ones) because I have these meta tags working with a multilingual plugin in the site I’m managing.

But yes I need the other options that your plugin bring me like the description meta tag automatic and automatic OpenGraph metadata.

    Thanks

    Hello,

Since WP does not support multilingual content, Add-Meta-Tags does not support multilingual content either.

However, it is possible to add filtering functions in the functions.php file of the theme or in another plugin and see if adding such functionality is possible in this way. Please read about the available filters and the examples in the description page of the plugin.

I’ve done some more research about this and it seems a bit complicated to implement. I’m marking this as resolved because there are no current plans to implement multi-language support in the plugin if such functionality is not added to WordPress first. Sorry about that.
