Multilanguage widget Title

Hello, i use the plugin WPML, i am trying translate the widget title special recent post, i have installed WidgetLogic.

I have added ICL_LANGUAGE_CODE == ‘en’ in my widget, but the string translate in WPML is empty,

How can translate the widget title?
