Trying to get multiple blogs running, using The basic methodology created by Allan Mertner. Further coding and organization, and .htaccess code by Stephen Rider.
Problem is that there is only one tagline. So different subjects all get the same tagline. Is this a function of the WP or does the update solve it?

This is function of WP, I think, though if you could link to the mentioned methodology so someone could look up what you're doing, it might help ;)
I use WPMU to do the same thing.
Also? If you're really on 2.3.1, update STAT. You're on a VERY old version of WP!

Will come back if the problem persists.
