Multi-user site sufficient permissions problem! Please HELP!

    Hello there, i am trying to setup mulituser wordpress installations sharing single user database. Both the installations are connected successfully.

    I tried logging in to the #2 WordPress installation with the users details on #1 WordPress installation and i am succeeding through but its giving me error

    You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

    I have these two wordpress installations.

    1. http://WWW.CGRAMP.NET
    2. http://WWW.PORTFOLIO.CGRAM.NET

    They both are sharing CGRAMP.NET user database correctly and are allowing me to log in.

    But the #2 WordPress Installation http://WWW.PORTFOLIO.CGRAM.NET is saying me that you do not have sufficient permissions once i log in.

    Can any one help me i am using Fresh installations and i have no plugins installed.
