Good afternoon WP experts. I post a question that I could not find answers to via google. (maybe I was just asking it wrong) but I am redoing a website for a friend of mine who is an amazing speaker, teacher, theologian, but technology scares the bejesus out of him.

So I'm using wp to build his site and he wrote an article that is amazing, BUT it's enourmous and requires constant scrolling to read it. I personally prefer a "READ PAGE 2" link with "PREV" or "NEXT" links. He's old school so if I can show him how that would be the "best practice" he'll go for it, but without justification, he's pretty strong minded and will decide to keep it with the eternal scroll.

Any help would be awesome in actually determining if that is a better practice (not best).

    Thank you!!!

  3. Another option is to use the <!--nextpage--> in your pages. This tag is similar to the more tag and breaks your pages in a series of pages.

I used it on my tutorial here. The Codex has good info on how to style it.

Inserting this tag is a pain, because you have to be in html mode, but if you install the TinyMCE advanced plugin, you can customize the visual editor so that it's easier for your client to use.
