Multi-page form to printable page? (1 post)

    I am looking for a way for users on my WP site to input text in response to questions (like a form) on several different pages (like a multi-page form). I then need to collect all the responses once users are done with the questions and post them on *one* HTML page (or PDF) for users to print. Any suggestions?
