Multi-Page Form

    I need to make a multi-page form (at least on the website side). I would like to have the progress bar that is included with Gravity Forms, if possible. It is my understanding that for page 2 on, I need to add an invisible e-mail address field to make sure that InfusionSoft can properly identify the data.

    I don’t see any tutorials or guides relating to the creation fo multi-page InfusionSoft-linked Gravity Forms. Please forgive me & point me in the right direction if I have missed them.
