FSCF works great! On Form1. Clicking on the Form2, etc. links on the settings page yields no action on the script. So I cannot create/configure/use a second form. Not sure if the Contact Form to DB Extension would be an issue. I am using it to DB form responses. Deactivating it, though, had no effect on the problem.
Are there any known incompatibilities that yield this problem?

I really like FSCF. However, I need multiple form capability.
