multi-color Theme sizing for iPad incorrect

I’m not uber-techy and I made the mistake of finishing wordpress site without checking to see if the chosen theme multi-color was a responsive design theme. My issue is that when viewing in an iPad the site defaults to an iPhone/Android size. Is there something I can edit/add in the css to fix this?
