multi blog and global slug tag

    I have a multi blog website, every blog has tags indipendent slugs, for example:

    multiblog.com/blog1/tag/bla-bla-bla
    multiblog.com/blog2/tag/bla-bla-bla
    ecc.. ecc…

    can I rewrite all url in all blogs and link these tags slug to a global slug in website blog id 1?

    multiblog.com/tag/bla-bla-bla

    so every post of the every blog link tags to this global url
