    today we just released a new version of the plugin which has a more robust database structure and we also addressed other issues related to the database.

    Hence I would recommend you to give the latest version a shot and let us know how it goes. Would be willing to hear from you.

    I exactly have the same problem as Habakuk. My hoster deactivated my DB due ti this plugin!

    Can you please verify which version of the plugin you are running? Also can you give us more info about your scenario? Is it WordPress or WordPress multisite? Is it an upgrade, or a new install?

    The more details we can have about your scenario the easier it would be to solve this issue.

    P.S. It would be more appropriate if you open a support case and discuss matters with us prior to rating the plugin. If we fail to help you and solve the issue I would understand giving a low rating to the plugin but you rated the plugin before posting the support request.

    We finally managed to identify the issue and fixed it. We just released version 1.2.4 of WP Security Audit Log.

    Please upgrade the plugin to solve the problem you reported above. Would appreciate if you get back to us and give us an update, and if you are happy with the update of course we would appreciate it even more if you update the ratings 🙂
