• Hi there.

I have a videographer who shot and exported video into .mp4. However, when I upload it to my WordPress library, it doesn’t play. We’re trying to determine how to move forward.

I was attempting to use VLC’s converter, but I’m a web developer and not a video expert.

Any ideas on how to move forward?

    Thank you. 🙂

Can you show a webpage with the issue?

So the second one loads now, unless that was always loading and you were using that as a comparison?

    This is interesting.

The second one doesn’t load on Chrome, but it does on IE, Mozilla, and Opera Next. That is helpful.

The first one, however, doesn’t at all. I did get it to play, after a while, in my Edit Media page, however (but not on its actual URL).

    Any indication as to why?

    Thank you!

The first one, actually, is loading on Opera and Safari. I’m curious why this .mp4 is picky when it comes to browsers.

Any idea how to get compatibility across them?

Still looking for advice. Any ideas?
