Every time I upload an mp3 via Media/Add New I get these error messages and the upload fails:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /mounted-storage/home12c/sub002/sc32976-TBQM/thepopcop.co.uk/wp-admin/includes/media.php on line 1205

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /mounted-storage/home12c/sub002/sc32976-TBQM/thepopcop.co.uk/wp-admin/includes/media.php on line 1302

I'm at a total loss - can anyone help?

Im having this same issue also, except:

    1. As an admin I can insert uploaded files into the post - BUT as a non-admin, one cannot.
    2. File is always successfully uploaded - even though it constantly shows the error message mentioned above.
    3. Doesnt happen with images.
    4. Im using More Fields, Adminize, Capability Manager and Post Control plugins.

Can someone please help - my websites cant function until this gets resolved?

    Thank you.

Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Default theme (WordPress 1.5 - 2.9.2) or the Twenty Ten theme (WordPress 3.0 and higher) to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can affect the admin panel).

Just wanted to add my thanks, I had exactly the same problem and like graphite_wp I found the problem was down to Smooth Slider 2.3.2. Rolled back to 2.2 and the problem went away.
