   i have moved wordpress to a new folder on my site (had to be done) but now it still wants to goto the old one when i try to login.. how do i set the dir? i looked in all the conf files but could not find it

   You can to use phpmyadmin.
   Search the table 'wp_options' and change the 'site_url' and 'home' values to what you need them to be.
