   I moved the files and the SQL database. Most of it looks fine but I keep running into file permission issues.

   I am beginning to think I need to run the installation again, how does WP know what user to run under on the host system?

   Are there instructions someplace for moving the blog, this is 2.7

   I searched all over this site and nothing useful comes up.

   Is there a way to re-run the installation and leave all existing data in tact?
