Moving wordpress

I moved my blog from http://mirandapost.ca/wordpress/ to the site root. Of course I didnt read the Moving WordPress support post first.
I moved all my files over first and now im getting strange permalinks – http://mirandapost.ca/http://mirandapost.ca/?p=39

How do I fix this strange linking problem?

Any help would be really great.
