   Hi :)

   I have a WordPress install in which the database is approaching 400mb. Its nearly 10 years old.

   I'm switching hosts as my current host is CPU throttling me.

   I can't download my db via PHPMyAdmin or the inbuilt WordPress Exporter and I can't install any software as its shared hosting, not a dedicated server. Any ideas would be gratefully received.

   Why can't you download the database?
