moving to other localhost/ broken pages

I try to move WP on other PC. I copy pasted all WP files (included config and content), create wordpress database and import the data in it. (both servers are called localhost, both db: wordpress and have the same path C/wamp/www/.. In other words, everything is identical!
I can access the wp-admin area, and the home page, but all other pages cannot be loaded. Whether to try through navigation or by typing url the result is always the same: The requested URL /…./ was not found on this server.
Can somebody help me please? Is it something related to permalinks?
