   I am using a new host. My domain will be the same - however... I'm having a hard time figuring out how I need to change the database because I am not sure what these instructions are implying:

   It seems like it thinks the database is a separate entity not included in my wordpress folder. Okay - so do I need to create a new database on my new server? I did that but I can't then replace it with the old one.

   Through you host, you should have access to the application called "phpMyAdmin". Thats where you need to import the database.
