   Are we able to move the wp-includes directory? I know you can move the wp-content and the file wp-config, but I can't locate any information on how to move the wp-includes directory.

   I have a checklist on how to install WP for security purposes such as creating a php.ini file and knowing how to protect the WP with .htaccess.

   wp-admin seems to be only protected from allowing/blocking ip address, password protecting the directory, and ssl.

   I have read the article http://codex.wordpress.org/Hardening_WordPress and some others from my WP being hacked. I know I have seen somewhere how to move and protect the wp-includes, but can’t locate for my checklist.

   This security issue is the most important element of success using WP.
