I want to use a moving tag cloud plugin instead of the normal tag lists... i know which one i'm after, which is the WP-cumulus / tag cloud widget for UTW.. the problem is once i've installed it, it goes straight to the sidebar / widget option. I don't want to put it in the sidebar yet i just want to put in somewhere in the area of the site. I can't find the code <?php... to place it elsewhere.
