Moving site to new server

Hello All,

I have an existing server running on RHEL and I need to move it to a new server. I have been simply rsnyc’ing site over to the new apache server and then moving the database over (mysql)

After, all I get is a blank page. But if I modify the wp-config.php file to point at the old DB server on the old but active server it works fine.

If I build a new site from scratch on the new server with the latest version of WP with the new site pointing to the new DB server works fine (just without data).

So that leaves me thinking there is something wrong with the database server
old server is running Mysql 5.0.95-1
new server is running MySql 5.1.52-2

I have checked the grants and login to MySQl and things work as expected.
