[ Moderated, that's way too much code to post here. Use pastebin.com instead or just post a link to your site. ]

Almost impossible to help without looking at the site itself...just CSS isn't really adequate info.

    You can achieve this

    By adding

    • float: right; to <div id="content">
    • margin-right: 30px; to<div id="content">
    • float: left; to <div id="sidebar">
    • margin-left: 30px; to <div id="sidebar">

Are you using a custom-built theme?

I think. I added it through wordpress theme search.

If it's not custom, you should be using either a Child Theme or Custom CSS plugin to implement modifications.

How can I tell if its custom or not? The style.css does say it was based on another theme.

Did you download the theme or did you create it from scratch?

I downloaded. So I should either make a child theme or use the plugin?

I still do not know where to add the code? Do I add it to the style.css file or another php file?

Which have you chosen, a Child Theme or plugin?

I used a plugin to make a child theme (one-click child theme).
Should I have done it another way (manual)?
