I was rushed off another host and have established a new host at Media Temple's Grid Service. Everything is almost ready to reinstall my pre existing site: domain setup and registrar pointing correctly, directories ready to go, SFTP client wired up...
I need to make a decision on how to install WordPress, it's a little different on a grid service but I will deal with that. The main thrust of this question is the re install.
Before leaving the other host I was successful in getting everything: the xml file from WordPress admin, the database and the full directory with all files.
The question is,"In what order or process should I reinstall these 3 components?
