   I am using a child of twentyeleven theme where I have added rounded corners to the page as a whole, the header image, and the menu bar.

   I would like to move the header image and the menu bar above the page (or the move page below the menu bar), so that the header image and menu bar rounded corners appear against the black background instead of the white page, and the rounded corners of the page appear below the menu bar.

   If I move the page down using the margin-top command, the header image and menu bar move down with it instead of appearing above it.
