Moving on a page by links

I’m unsure what to call it, but I would like to make some kind of buttons (well, I can fix that later) or links that scrolls (moves the user) to the end of the page. I just need to know the code for moving on a certain page by links, I can’t find any documentation for it since I don’t know the jargon… Help is appreciated :).
