Moving off of Godaddy and onto New ISP…blog is down

We moved our ISP, as we were having a lot of problems with emails getting blocked on godaddy.com.

We forgot that wordpress was setup on godaddy’s servers and the blog is now down.

We have moved the file folder Blog and the file folder _db_backups over to the new ISP. But as we did not orginally set this up, I’m not sure how we get the blog back up and running. If it is any assistance we did not set up a subdomain to have it blog.domain.com
Instead it was domain.com/Blog.

Any insights?
