Moving installation to new server

Hello,
I’m trying to work with my site “offline” in a different server,

– I moved all files to the new server

– created new sql database and user, imported data from the sql file that I downloaded from my site (all fine, no errors).

– changed wp-config.php

The problem is: when I open the site, it redirects to my “normal” site… It’s the same as acessing the site directly.

What I am missing here?
