   Grateful for any advice. I've to edit my WP-DB-Backup plugin. I'm required to move .htaccess file from Wp-Content/plugin/Wp-Dbmanager to:
   Home/Username?public_html/host.

   I'm not too sure whether this is done on my WP-Dashboard or on the FTP client.
