Moving from Antville

    Hi there

    My Provider has an own Blogging System running its from Antville. I have absolutely no clue how to import my Postings into WordPress.

    I know there’s the possibility to import an “RSS FILE” into WordPress. But how do i get this?

    According to the URL you gave, it redirects to a page where the RSS feed would be here:

    http://blogs.macbay.de/zBlog/rss

    What you would need to do is find out from your host how to get the RSS feed to have all your entries showing. Once you have that up and going, you could probably use the RSS import function.
