Moving files from one site to another

Hello,

New to the world of wordpress and I am looking for some help with following.

I have one website, http://www.buildatestwpsite/travellearners.com and I wish to move the images to another site, http://www.travellearners.com

What is the best mechanism to do this, ensuring that the d/base point correctly from one site to another and also how to physically move the images from one to the other.
