moving everything to column left?

    Hello,

    I have a webpage that has a menu column on the right side that takes up about 400 pixels that never moves. Currently the autofocus theme centers everything. I want to move everything over to the left and be flush or almost flush to the left side. Is this possible? Thanks in advance.
