Moving Byline in TwentyEleven

Since I am sharing blog responsibilities on a personal blog (www.historyclubblog.com) with a friend, I want it to be immediately apparently who has authored each post — I fiddled around with templates that have a byline at the top, but other features aren’t quite right — is there an easy way to move the byline to just below the blog title? (so, for example:

Blog Title
By: Me

Body of post

I have pretty basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
