moving a.wordpress site to a .com SEO Question

    If I move my .wordpress site to a new .com URL and upgrade to a wordpress Premium account will I lose any SEO benefits I have got? The .wordpress ranks well for certain terms and I cannot afford to lose traffic. Hope you can advise
